Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in original condition
• free of damage or excessive wear
• returned with original packaging when possible

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order once it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

• sale or discounted items
• gift cards
• personalized or custom-made products
• worn or washed items
• items returned in damaged condition

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first. In most cases, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
